Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors:

Join us for this girl-led leadership experience as we explore our universe together. Bimonthly meetings - Dues pay for supplies, etc during meetings. Astronomy Club t shirt and patch included.

2020/2021 meetings:

Fall 2020 club meetings will be VIRTUAL and a ZOOM link will be provided.

Mission Statement: To cultivate a community that inspires, educates, and connects girls to the world of Astronomy.

Mission Support: adult volunteers are also needed to support girls in their galactic endeavors. Email MMcMahon@gseok.org, if interested.

The Girl Scout Astronomy Club is a component of “Reaching for the Stars: NASA Science for Girl Scouts” and based upon work supported by NASA Science under cooperative agreement led by SETI.

Cancellation Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy for Program Events & Activities

All activities require advance registration and payment by the registration deadline.

• All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. • In the event activity fees do not require a deposit, full payment is required for registration. • Cancellations must be received before the registration deadline. • There are no refunds after the registration deadline.

The individual making the registration will be responsible for any balance due for:

• cancellations received after the registration deadline • any balance due for girls who are "no shows"

On occasion, a third-party event will not allow refunds at any time after a registration has been made, this will be noted in the event description.

In the event that GSEOK has to cancel a program, a full refund including the deposit will be provided. This policy includes all methods of payment including those made with Cookie Program Credit.
