Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors, let's take a hike!

Join us for an adventurous day hiking around Tallchief Lake. The trail is about 5-6 miles. We'll then enjoy a night under the stars tent camping at camp!

After the registration deadline, registrants will receive an email with more details, a permission slip, list of items to bring, etc. This information will be sent to the email associated with your doubleknot account.

This is an individual event designed to supplement the troop experience, individual events gives girls the opportunity to meet new friends and have exciting outdoor experiences they may not have the opportunity to do with their troop. Please email, ebarnes@gseok.org, if multiple girls in your troop are interested in this course.

Cancellation Policy

All activities require advance registration and payment by the registration deadline.

â¢ All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. â¢ In the event activity fees do not require a deposit, full payment is required for registration. â¢ Cancellations must be received before the registration deadline. â¢ There are no refunds after the registration deadline.

The individual making the registration will be responsible for any balance due for:

â¢ cancellations received after the registration deadline â¢ any balance due for girls who are "no shows"

On occasion, a third-party event will not allow refunds at any time after a registration has been made, this will be noted in the event description.

In the event that GSEOK has to cancel a program, a full refund including the deposit will be provided. This policy includes all methods of payment including those made with Cookie Program Credit.
