The last date for registration has passed.

NEW DATE:  FEBRUARY 2, 2019     Girls discover that science and technology can be fun and exciting. The various activities will teach them many things about the world around them while building confidence and interest in science! This "learning stations" model will provide girls with lots of activities and fun! Girls will receive a STEM patch for this year's event!  This is a troop event.

Requirements for event:
Be a Girl Scout Brownie
No tagalongs allowed
Troops need to follow all guidelines for a daytime troop trip. You must have permission slips, green sheets, etc. for each girl attending
Leaders must have Beyond the Meeting training
Meet the adult/girl ratio

Cancellation Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy for Program Events & Activities

All activities require advance registration and payment by the registration deadline.

  • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations must be received before the registration deadline.
  • There are no refunds after the registration deadline.

The individual making the registration will be responsible for any balance due for:

  • cancellations received after the registration deadline
  • any balance due for girls who are "no shows"

On occasion, a third-party event will not allow us to offer a refund at any time after a registration has been made. This will be noted in the event description. In the event that GSEOK has to cancel a program, a full refund will be provided. This policy includes all methods of payment, including Cookie Credit.
