Come watch a Tulsa Drillers game, catch the fireworks display, and sleep in the stadium! Girl Scouts, family, and friends are welcome to the baseball game.

The sleepover is only for Girl Scouts and their Troop Leaders.

Options:

Girl Scout Game Only - $12.00 

Additional tickets – $10.00

Sleepover - $30.00 (ticket, sleepover, meal voucher, and patch)

Add On Options - Hornsby's Hangout Wristband ($5), Game Meal Voucher ($6)

Requirements for event:
No tagalongs allowed to sleepover only
Troops need to follow all guidelines for a daytime troop trip and/or overnight troop trip (No 585F needed). You must have permission slips, green sheets, etc. for each girl attending
Leaders must have Beyond the Meeting training
Meet the adult/girl ratio

Refund & Cancellation Policy for Program Events & Activities

All activities require advance registration and payment by the registration deadline.

• All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. • In the event activity fees do not require a deposit, full payment is required for registration. • Cancellations must be received before the registration deadline. • There are no refunds after the registration deadline.

The individual making the registration will be responsible for any balance due for:

• cancellations received after the registration deadline • any balance due for girls who are "no shows"

On occasion, a third-party event will not allow refunds at any time after a registration has been made, this will be noted in the event description.

In the event that GSEOK has to cancel a program, a full refund including the deposit will be provided. This policy includes all methods of payment including those made with Cookie Program Credit.
