Grab your troop and get ready for a weekend full of fun, friendship, and adventure. Meet up with other troops from across the council as we travel to Hutchinson, Kansas. During this weekend exploration you will get to explore the Cosmosphere, & Underground Salt Mine! The possibilities are endless for this great trip!

This is a troop trip event. See below for important trip information

Troops will need to register all together
Troops are responsible for transportation to and from Hutchinson as well as transportation while in Hutchinson
Girl (or troop) is responsible for lunch each day of the trip. Cost of the trip only includes Breakfast and Dinner
Troops may only bring enough adults to meet adult to girl ratio, 3 adults up to 16 girls and 1 additional adult for every 8 girls.
An adult from each troop must hold a current First Aid Certification and have completed Beyond the Meeting training

Troop leaders attending the trip are required to attend a virtual information meeting for trip on Thursday September 19, 2022 at 6:30 pm. Link will be sent out after the Registration Deadline. During this meeting we will cover important trip information for your group.

Fee: $175 per girl (includes a $50 non-refundable deposit), and $75 per adult. Price includes lodging, breakfast and dinner daily, and entrance fees.

Deposits are non-refundable. There are no refunds after the registration deadline.

Cancellation Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy for Program Events & Activities

All activities require advance registration and payment by the registration deadline.

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
In the event activity fees do not require a deposit, all payments made upon registration are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellations must be received before the registration deadline.
There are no refunds after the registration deadline.

The individual making the registration will be responsible for any balance due for:

cancellations received after the registration deadline
any balance due for girls who are "no shows"

On occasion, a third-party event will not allow us to offer a refund at any time after a registration has been made. This will be noted in the event description. In the event that GSEOK has to cancel a program, a full refund will be provided. This policy includes all methods of payment, including Cookie Credit.
