Girl Scouts of Eastern Oklahoma's day camps are designed and facilitated by volunteers in your local community.
Those that volunteer to staff our day camps are required to complete a GSEOK online training and attend their day camp’s mandatory, in-person site training prior to camp. Commitment will include all 5 days of day camp and usually planning/prepping time (varying hours) to ready camp for our Girl Scouts.
Save the date!
Stapley day camp's pre-camp site training for volunteer staff will be held Saturday, June 1.
More information will be relayed once registered and closer to summer.
All volunteers that fulfill commitment fully (training requirements and 5 full days at day camp) will receive a reduced rate ($35) for their full paying girl-relative Girl Scout(s). If signing up to volunteer, initially only pay the deposit of your Girl Scout’s registration fee; the remaining balance will be zeroed out after day camp ends, if commitment is fulfilled in its entirety.
- A tagalong unit is available for pre-school and young, male children of those that volunteer.
